Due to a high volume of NSF checks, orders will no longer be processed without a credit card on file. Please complete the this form for your H.R. file, and future orders. Your credit card will be billed 50% at the time your order is placed, and the balance charged and shipment. Ordering Information:
Please fax all orders to, (916) 724-7212, or place your order, on-line, in our newly added wholesale section. Please be sure your store name and a contact number is on your faxed order. Any orders cancelled after 3 business days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All orders are require a 50% deposit, made at the time your order is placed, balance will be due at time of shipment. Before processing any orders we must have a credit card authorization form, on file, completely filled out and signed by the responsible party, as well as, a current resale certificate.

Order Process:
The Hollywood Ranch is unable to offer any exchanges, refunds or buyback options on overstock to any of our wholesale accounts, due to the fact that all items are made at the time in which the order is placed

Minimum Orders:
First time orders-$350.00 Subsequent orders- 1 Per Size Per Style Prices are subject to change without written notice.

Ship Dates:
Please allow 2-4 weeks

Payment:
H.R. will accept cash, money orders, or credit cards as payment. Payments made by credit card will result in a 1% convenience charge in addition to your shipping and handling. Business checks are accepted but must clear the bank, please allow 10 business days, before order is shipped.

Shipment:
We ship all items UPS. We do not ship COD.

Returns:
All returns must have an RA label, or will not be accepted. If you should find any defects in your order please contact us immediately and we will gladly exchange or replace your damaged item, but no refunds will be given.

Show Policy:
Because we market and represent our own products through road shows we require that you have a store front. You must inform us of any shows, in writing, before attending. Should H.R. be denied any show, as a result of a retailer, your account will be immediately closed.

Guarantee:
We guarantee everything you purchase from The Hollywood Ranch to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Please check your merchandise carefully and notify us immediately if there are any issues.
